Garlic Parmesan Roasted Potatoes

You will need:

  • baby potatoes1.5 lbs of baby potatoes
  • olive oil3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • minced garlic4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • dried thyme1 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • grated Parmesan cheese1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepperSalt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
